Project Management – Full Time

Job Description

A solar system project manager is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of solar energy systems. The main goal of this role is to maximize efficiency in implementing project plans, keeping track of goals, tasks, resources, schedules, costs, and contingencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion
• Manage project budget to ensure financial objectives are met
• Coordinate with stakeholders and customers to ensure project goals are aligned and communicated
• Manage project teams and assign responsibilities to ensure project success
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements
• Maintain project documentation for various stakeholders and future reference
• Continuously evaluate project progress and adjust plans as necessary
• Conduct regular meetings to review project status and address concerns
• Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
• Relevant industry experience in project management or construction management
• Familiarity with renewable energy, solar industry standards and regulations
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in project management software
